Data sources
The content is based on publicly available data from the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) and the European Medicines Agency (EMA). Data undergo internal quality control prior to publication.
Access and security
Access to the platform is restricted to professionals. User verification and acceptance of the platform’s terms are required before access is granted. The platform is hosted on ISO 27001-certified servers, and processing of personal data complies with GDPR.
Independence
VETiSearch is not owned by pharmaceutical companies, pharmacies, wholesalers, or industry organisations. VETiSearch is not part of the distribution or sales chain for veterinary medicinal products and has neither direct nor indirect financial interest in the increased or decreased sale of any individual product or preparation.
About
Founded in 2020 by veterinarian Sabine Förderer in Copenhagen, Denmark. Used by veterinary professionals in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
