Disclaimer of Liability
1.0 Validation of Search Data
The information provided on VETiSearch must not be used by non-professionals. It is strictly intended for use by licensed veterinarians and veterinary medical professionals in their professional capacity.
VETiSearch reproduces data from public websites and public authorities without modification. This data is converted for use within VETiSearch. Consequently, VETiSearch cannot be held liable - directly or indirectly - for any damages or inconveniences that may arise from the information available on VETiSearch or from the use or misuse of the data accessed through searches.
Veterinary, technical, and administrative contributors to VETiSearch continuously strive to ensure data quality. However, VETiSearch neither declares nor guarantees the accuracy of data derived and transformed from the European Medicines Agency (EMA), the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD), or other official public sources.
The volume of global data, including publicly available data, is increasing exponentially, leading to continuous development in veterinary knowledge. This may result in lack of consensus among veterinary authorities and the possibility of human error in public databases. Neither the veterinary nor technical or administrative contributors to VETiSearch can guarantee the absolute correctness and completeness of all information on the platform.
It is the sole responsibility of each veterinary medical professional to independently acquire the necessary professional knowledge and pharmaceutical competence when using the information presented on VETiSearch and, if necessary, to consult additional sources, such as veterinary medical reference texts and Summary of Product Characteristics (SPC) documents.
VETiSearch and Skyspot ApS disclaim all liability for any claims arising from the use or misuse of VETiSearch content.
If a user discovers an error or omission in the medicinal data on VETiSearch, it is the user's responsibility to immediately notify the responsible authority. You are also welcome to CC VETiSearch at contact@VETiSearch.co.uk to ensure we are informed of any issues.
